Went to 2 of the obgyn physicians here who told me because I don't have irregular periods I don't have PCOS. Just found out from my fertility specialist I do in fact have PCOS but have all the other factors involved. I have PCOS ovaries and high testosterone. You can't base PCOS on one thing and they do because they don't care about their patients. I was told it wasn't going to be hard to have a child yet I have been trying for a year with no luck and then had to be put on ovulation medication because I'm ovulating on the wrong side which they should have known this since I don't have one of my fallopian tubes. This place is a joke don't go here and find someone else who actually gives a damn and stays up to date on medical issues.

Nurses and Doctors are awesome!! They took care of me through a lot. Always answered my questions and concerns! 10/10 recommend if having a baby! Big thumbs up to Dr. Nelson!

Nurses are always very nice and they actually remember me and my 2 years old daughter! They always welcome us and being very friendly.... I can't remember my doctor's name actually I've been seeing 2 different doctors since I was pregnant. They were always kind and nice.

I have had a very good experience at this facility through and through. From the front desk staff at the clinic, to the nurses, all have been great. I have had good experience with the doctors. I had to go in one time for an emergency appointment when I was not able to feel my baby move too much, and they were able to accommodate me in clinic during Covid times. I was admitted to Carilion OB/GYN to give birth, and everyone, from the residents to the attendings, to the nurses, were fantastic. It’s a great example of how a coordinated team within a hospital system should work. An absolute five star inpatient and outpatient team.

I am so lucky to have had Dr Kasey. Ive been sick for so long shuffled from gyn to gyn. My first visit he was kind, listened. He sent me for testing, he gave me options. He did perform surgery. It went perfect. He is truly a wonderful Doctor! I am very thankful! All of the staff have been wonderful!

Pam is the best ultrasound tech there is. love her and my new OBGYN at this place. I used to go to Amanda Needham but she didn't seem very interested in talking to me about my options and I really felt like I was just a number with her. luckily she's moved to the other clinic now. wonderful service

I had an appointment at Carolina gyn suite 303 . It was not pleasant!!! .. the nurse was very nice and well understanding. But the Dr. Mrs.Amanda Needham NP-C was very rude, disrespectful, and was not very welcoming.. she practically told me I was fat. She stated "well depo will make you gain weight and once you stop taking it. The fat doesn't just fall off ".. like seriously?. She talked to me as if I didn't know what I was there for. I told her I had missed my period last month and I didn't remember what week in April I last bled. Then she states " How do you not remember the last time you had a period?." Very rudely.. I asked for a blood sample to be taken for a pregnancy test . And she refused it. I also had my 1 year old son with me . And she was very rude o him as well when he tried to follow her out of the room .. she slightly pushed him out of the way of the door and loudly sighed.. I reported her to the front desk as I was checking out. And told them . My next visit she will not be an option for me at all. I am very unhappy with my visit. And looking for another Gyn dr.

My wife has been going here for over a year and I’m appalled by how she was treated.

The receptionist was extremely rude when all we wanted to do was schedule an appointment with a doctor that is routinely available at the hospital. We did not need the sass or attitude when we asked for a doctor that is actually available and not someone who’s just on payroll but never shows up.

The doctors here are NEVER available. They’re always working at other locations and you’re stuck with a PA. This is by far the worst thing when your doctor can’t even make time for you in 4 weeks time. Either hire more doctors or reevaluate the dedication each doctor has and make some hard cutting decisions to make slots for better ones.

If Carilion can not afford more doctors because they spend all their funding on the property instead of patient care then the board really needs to revisit their priorities.
