Accidents happen, and when I fell and injured my ankle I knew I needed medical care. For injuries to bones or muscles, my family always turns to BROC. Their staff provided speedy scheduling and the front desk personnel were friendly and efficient as always. My X-Rays were quickly taken and handed over to Dr. Niels Lindschoten for diagnosis and treatment. After examining the X-Rays and my ankle, Dr. Lindschoten prescribed a walking boot to immobilize my sprained ankle, and a staff member quickly fitted me with the device. The whole procedure from registration to departure took just over an hour. I highly recommend everyone at BROC, and Dr. Lindschoten most especially for his excellent medical treatment.

This was my first time seeing this doctor. He is currently treating my wife. He fit me in so I could see him at the same time that my wife had an appointment, which I was grateful for. He treated me promptly , was efficient and courteous.

You were in& out so fast Didn’t get to tell you what was going on?why i couldn’t have the surgery. I was very weak and sick. I’m my head had fallen out and you didn’t have the time of day to really spend any time with me at all. You came in and gave shots last and they were trying to schedule me again for next month I told them I come every three months I don’t come next month.

X-rays were taken to determine validity of treatment. The attention to detail was given before suggesting treatment. PA was very attentive also and very helpful. Overall treatment was definitely satisfying and acceptable.
