If it was for only the doctor, Dr. Zachary Levine, I would leave a five star review. The problem is his staff. I have endured nothing but horrible rude discourteous service from his staff and after bringing it to his attention nothing was done. It’s unfortunate The only reason I give it to stars is because Dr. Zachary Levine is very good at his job, but I will never ever again go to his practice because his staff is so horrible. In fact, while writing this, I’ve changed my mind I’m going to give it only one star because I want to urge everyone to stay away from his practice, because the service you will get from his stuff is so Sob par

Update i spoke with Dr. Levine today who once again i will say is great and always has been and based on that conversation i am adjusting his review but still not sure if i would return to his office i guess time will tell .

If it was for only the doctor, Dr. Alexander Tai, I would leave a five-star review. The problem is his staff. You walk in & get ignored for close to 5 minutes & then once they decide they want to attend to you they give you a TERRIBLE attitude! I understand everyone has bad days but you're working with patients who are in excruciating pain, cheer up a little why would you! Now onto Dr. Tai, when I say he is phenomenal, I truly mean it. He doesn't rush you & you definitely feel heard when speaking with him. Dr. Tai does not rush into the surgical approach which makes him 1000000% more amazing then he already is. Dr. Tai is the only reason to stay with this practice.

Dr. Rhee did a discectomy surgery for my herniated C 6/7. My extremely painful symptoms ceased immediately. I regained use of my arm quickly. The small incision healed very well. He was engaged with me as a patient and focused on my issues. I could not have asked for a better surgeon and treatment. Plus he helped resolve a last minute insurance hold. I appreciate Dr. Rhee’s professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I would give a zero if that were possible.
Dr Jay Rhee not only lacks "bedside manner", he is completely devoid of manners, professionalism, or a willingness to communicate with his patients, who he treats with something bordering on contempt. He responds to questions with the defiant arrogance of someone who is protecting a sub standard skill set. Completely unacceptable.

Alexis and Christy are very professional in their approach with clients making them feel very comfortable during their office visit and follow up after procedures. I Highly recommend this office. Dr. Levine and Dr. Ellenstein are Top Docs in the Washington and
MD, VA Surrounding Areas.
